Ayshe Kadir is a self made millionaire, a full time property investor and business owner and founder of various companies both in the UK and the USA.
Ayshe was born to an Italian mother and Turkish Cypriot father, and raised in London, England. Her claim to fame is (1) she has never been employed and (2) that she had three businesses before the age of 30.
Her first company was an IT training company. Within six months she started to invest the profits from her business by purchasing properties in London and renting them out. Within two years of the IT company being established she opened up a recruitment company in Central London. Her companies have international blue chip clients and she has visited many countries as an invited Trainer. Ten years ago Ayshe started looking at the US investment market.When looking at investment opportunities she explains that there are several things that need to be considered.
