One of the things that I really like about Ayshe's business opportunity is that it is not one of the opportuntiies where you hand over lots of money and then sit back waiting to see a "return" on your investment. On Ayshe's Learn & Earn training course, we actually did the research using computers in her training rooms, to find out exactly what we are bidding/buying. I like the security aspect of this opportunity because the money is paid directly to the Country for the lien certificate we are purchasing so they can't just run off with our money or declare themselves bankrupt.

I have just completed a 4-day training and bidding auction and during the training I learnt so much and was amazed at the indepth research that Ayshe taught us. Probably the most important less that I learnt is that if people are not trained property to do the research, then they can end up buying a certificate for a derelict property or a piece of wasteland. Whilst we were doing the live research on our computers, I personally found a lot of these. A lot of people assum that the big corporations buy all the best properties and leave the rubbish ones behind but I've found out for myself that isn't true. I found some valuable properties but I had to be patient in doing my research.

I really enjoy working with Ayshe as she has put a lot time and effort into improving her training workshops so that we can be successful and it has paid off.
