Whilst there are several lower priced courses available to you, this training program allows up to 10 people at a time to acquire the information and skills needed to make investments during the second part of the Course. While the process is not difficult, it does take a consistent and focused effort and so your total commitment to learning these skills is essential.
This Training Program is split into two 2-day sessions
and over a two-week period
In fact, it starts even before you come to the first day because I will send you some homework to do....
Whether you commit to coming on this program or not (prior to the commencement of the first session), we can set up an LLC company in the USA if you do not have one already. The cost of this is included in the above price of the training program but you will need to provide notarised documentation to enable this to be done. This company will then enable to make your purchases.
If you feel you are not yet ready to commit to this training program, we can still set up an LLC company for you.
If you become an affiliate then hrough our Affiliate Training Program - you can start accumulating the money you need to learn the investment skills to make more. This can then be placed in your LLC company if you wish to build up your training and investment funds.
There are over 3,000 counties in the United States, and each one of them has something a little different about the way they do things. During the first session, I will explain the differences to you and then take you through a dummy-run auction before you take part in a real one. Many counties have THOUSANDS of unsold certificates so you learn how to do your DUE DILIGENCE to avoid wasting money or making unsuitable investments and benefit from the mistakes I made.
If you have very limited capital or are strictly looking for a guaranteed rate of return on your savings or investment portfolio of 8-50%, I recommend that you concentrate on investing in Tax Lien Certificates initially before investing in Tax Deeds.

As you become more comfortable with the materials and your knowledge of how they can work for you, your strategy can be then modified.
Prior to the Training Program you will be invited to attend one of our Super Saturday Events to enable you to ask questions and meet others who have already completed the Super 4-day Tax Sales Investment Program and made money. You will be charged £197.00 but this will be deducted from the full price if you decide to take part in the Course.
